The Festival of Lights marked a surprising new beginning for us. Yes, it is surprising for me to set goals at this time of year, because for a long time, September was the month of resetting and making plans for the future.

We wandered through the streets of downtown Timișoara, discovering bright, interesting shapes in unexpected places. It seemed as if the city was filled with an eclectic energy, and I felt the thrill of anticipation.
